The Most Brilliant of Ideas Are Centered Around Dessert

While strolling through downtown Traverse City, about halfway up Michigan's "glove" (and over to the left), I came upon the cutest little shop called "Morsels". By name alone, I knew what I was in for before walking through the door:

This is an ingenious concept: Allow the customer to buy as little - or as much - of a goody as she desires, even mixing and matching, as the price is the same for everything. I selected one (yes, just one) chocolate-chip cookie morsel, walking out of the shop without feeling guilty about the treat melting in my mouth. In turn, they got just under a buck from me for a 1 inch x 1 inch dessert. Way to make a bundle of cash without making your customer feel like a tub! If anyone would like to open this store near me, I promise to be your best friend (and customer!).
